I know I just made a Peaches post last week, but there have been some developments. DJs Matt McCoy (Bang! Bang!) and Dan Hernandez (Optimist Club) have been added to the line-up for tonight’s show at Rialto Theatre. We’ll be warming up the crowd before Men (Feat. members of Le Tigre) hit the stage. 7:00 doors | $19 | All Ages.

The Tucson Zombie Walk is going down today! Here’s a quick schedule and some Zombie themed jams to get you in the mood. I’ll be playing loads of spooky jams from 4:30pm-7:00pm and be sure to check out Bang! Bang! afterwards with guest DJ Bryan Mette.

This Saturday Bang! Bang! welcomes back once local Bryan Mette. After moving to New York in 2004, he partnered up with longtime DJ/Producer Justin Strauss and formed the duo known as Whatever Whatever. They’ve been putting out solid tracks since their inception and currently working on remixes for one of my favorite labels, DFA. Bryan has remarkable technical skills and great flow to his DJ sets. This is also reflected in his “DJ friendly” remixes. Be sure to catch his set this Saturday, October 24th 2009.

Peaches is FINALLY performing in Tucson on October 28th at Rialto Theatre. I figured it’s perfect timing to post a new remix by New York based Larry Tee & Alexander Technique. We’ve been lucky enough to have Larry DJ at Bang! Bang! and more recently at Level Lounge during Larry’s “Club Badd” tour.

Bang! Bang! is going off tonight. Lots of new hot jams to play and super excited our buddy Ben is coming down from Phoenix. He hosts a really cool party called “Electrostatic” every Tuesday night at Homme Lounge. Check it out if you’re up in his area.
